Zero Tolerance Policy

We treat everyone who contacts NPC with courtesy and respect and expect the same in return. We ask that you treat ALL NPC Staff courteously and have a zero tolerance approach to any abuse or harassment directed towards them.

Any behaviour which causes staff to feel uncomfortable, embarrassed or threatened is totally unacceptable.

The Zero Tolerance policy includes aggression or threats made over the telephone or in a written communication. NPC considers the following behaviours to be unacceptable:

  • The use of aggressive, threatening or abusive language
  • Raising of the voice, swearing and cursing, shouting
  • Any behaviour which can be inferred as attempts to insult, threaten or intimidate staff

Any instance of unacceptable behaviours may be reported to the police. The offender will also be removed from NPC and will be refused any form of service for life. NPC will also seek to block all forms of contact from individuals who have been deemed to have displayed such unacceptable behaviours.
