The Level 3 Qualifications, awarded by NALP, are the perfect entry-level qualifications.
With both single subject qualifications and the Level 3 Certificate for Paralegal Technicians, the NALP Level 3 is ideal if:
- You are looking to enter the legal profession as a paralegal
- You want to expand your legal knowledge in specific areas, progressing your career
- You just want to test the waters to see if studying law is right for you
Certified by Ofqual, the single unit qualifications will build your knowledge in specialist legal subjects, such as conveyancing, employment law, criminal litigation and wills. Taking the full Level 3 Certificate will help you develop a key understanding of legal systems in England and Wales and build your knowledge of English Civil Law.
All Level 3 qualifications are distance learning courses, allowing you to work from home in your own time. Great for fitting around full-time work or studies.
All course material is provided on enrolment. Our approach to learning includes a strong theoretical base alongside case studies and hypothetical scenarios, allowing you to apply your knowledge and preparing you with the practical skills needed to work as a paralegal.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO COMPLETE THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
You will have a maximum of 24 months to complete the Level 3 Certificate.
The single unit qualifications must be completed within 12 months.
NALP ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
On gaining the Level 4 Diploma you will be eligible to apply for Associate Membership of NALP (A.NALP). This will distinguish you as being a NALP qualified paralegal.

NB if you have not completed your course within 12 months, it is a requirement of NALP that in order to continue you need to renew your NALP membership as an Affiliate.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
If you are a UK resident, then you can either pay in full at the point of enrolment, or you can opt to pay a deposit and six monthly interest free installments. If you are an overseas resident then you must pay in full.
